People say that it is useless to run behind life; let life take its own course but when you are looking for the true meaning of your life, the obsession of finding that true meaning becomes like a zahir. Zahir in arabic means a search which is an obsession.
Life often shows us many ups and downs. we go down to the lowest dumps during our lows but inspite of getting raw deals from life we still are running the mad race of life trying to balance things which we know at the end of the day we cant. But inspite of that knowledge we continue to lose our peace of mind to do the things the society considers to be correct. Studying in good institutions, getting married, raising a family and then seeing that your children settle down.....but towards the end of our life we often have many cravings....there are many things we didnt do....or there are many things which would have liked to do.....but when we had the time we thought we were wrong and gave up the idea of doing it.
The same way we often give up the love of our life....be it a person or something often trying to please people about whom we could care less. in doing so we more than often lose touch with our true selves or as I say our souls. Most of us have played the game of 20 questions where we have more than often answered the questions in such a way so that we are accepted within the group we badly want to fit in.
